3. Electronic Sniffer & UV Dye Correlation
For complex dashboard-integrated evaporator assemblies, we combine nitrogen with trace UV fluorescent dye. When illuminated by UV blacklight, any leak point glows bright neon yellow/green, confirming the exact O-ring or tube failure.
4. Never Refill Gas on a Leaking System
Refrigerant (R134a / R1234yf) does not "expire" or get "consumed" like engine oil. If gas is low, it escaped through a physical hole.
